Sibling Pictures

We got some great photo's of the two kiddo's together. You can tell they were spent by the last few pictures. It was a little frustrating at the time, but now I get a kick out of looking at them!!

Avery's Friend Birthday Bash

This year, we held Ave's birthday party at Jupiter Bowl, a local (Park City) bowling joint. It's like the Country Club of bowling alley's. It has an adjoining restaurant, game area, pool area, bar, etc. It's one of our favorite places to go as a family!

We invited some of Avery's closest friends. We would have loved to invite more and more, but it was getting a little out of hand with numbers.

Avery has been struggling a bit with anxiety, so she mostly hid from everyone. They say to only invite as many friends as how old they are. (4 years old = 4 friends.) We had 12 kids! IT was mayhem, but an absolute blast! We ended up only bowling one game in 2-1/2 hours, but had the time of our life!

Thank you to the friends and familes that came and showed their love for our little (BIG) girl!

We LOVE you ALL!!

Happy 4th Birthday Avery!

Sissy,

You are FOUR! How did that happen? I remember going into labor with you like it was yesterday! I woke your daddy up at midnight telling him it was time. What did he do? Jumped in the shower! When he came out of the bathroom, I was hunched over the bed in pain with contractions. When we got to the hospital, I was terrified of the unknown. I didn't have the slightest idea of how my life would be changing. But once I saw your beautiful face, I fell in love!

Avery, the age of three was definitely a trying time. You had to go through so many different emotions. Mommy getting pregnant, welcoming your new baby brother (who you wanted to send back to the hospital for two months!), putting our house up for sale, moving to Park City, starting a new school, starting karate, starting a new dance studio and having to make new friends. You handled it as well as a three year old could.

Your daddy and I are so incredibly proud of you! You are an outgoing, funny, beautiful, SMART and talented little girl. You get SO SO mad when we call you a little girl. You say you are a big girl now!

I decided it would be fun to interview you. I think you answered in the moment, but mommy knows you just a little better than that!
