tonight our gracie lou went to a new family.
man, that was not fun!
i was a wreck and still am.
she was one of my kids.
but she deserves more attention.
i am sure going to miss my sassafrass.
thank you gracie for giving us unconditional love.
thank you for always making me laugh by sitting next to the shower
while i was in there so you could get warm.
thank you for letting midge beat on you, jump on you, give you loves and for teaching her what love is!
thank you for being so chubby, wrinkly and cute.
i am going to miss you more than words could describe.
you were so good to our family and we are so grateful we will always
have such great memories together!
your new family seems great.
they even took you to petsmart right after picking you up
to let you get your favorite treats.
that family is SO lucky to have you!

I'm going to miss Grace so much! She will be really loved though.
It must have been so hard to give her away. It seems like she's with a good family.
I can't imagine parting with a dog you love. I hope she is happy. It sounds like you found her a good new home.
