Last but not least....What a WONDERFUL weekend!

We had such a busy fun filled weekend!

On Friday, Grandma Vickie came over to babysit during the day while I got a haircut. Nick and I also had an appointment later that day. Thank you Grandma V for all of your help! We know Aver's had a wonderful time with you.

On Saturday morning, we woke up and took the dogs for a LONG walk with Avery in tow in her stroller. The pups walked almost all the way off leash. They are finally getting out of their puppy stage and are maturing into the most adorable kids ever. (Poor Monte is a walking pharmacy again. He has a bacteria infection in his skin, a double yeast infection in his ears and his skin allergies have flared up AGAIN! Poor Bubba!)

After, we walked to Eggs in The City for breakfast. If you have not tried this place, it is delicious and worth the wait. It is in our neighborhood and so so yummy.

We later went to The Farmer's Market, walked to The Gateway from there and did some shopping, then headed over to The Art's Festival. Avery did such a wonderful job with all of our activities. We love going to The Art's Festival every year. Although it seemed not as many vendor's were there, it was still a very fun experience. We bought Avery a reversible snap dress and reversible sun hat. Something you would NEVER find in a department store.

Aunt Linds came over that night to babysit so we could head out with our friend Tira. We have not seen her in over a year! She was the one that set us up and now look...we are about to get hitched. Thank you Tirs! We love you.

Then, today we took Grandma V out to brunch for her birthday. We went to Trio and it was delish! I had the pregnancy pizza. (Erika, I may have a food baby tonight. We will see. ;-)) We had sooooo many errands to run to prepare for our summer trip, so Grandma offered to babysit. We got so much done. Thank you again Vickie. Grandma Teri came by later in the day to get her Avery fix. (Geez Ave, you are way too popular.)

It was such a busy but such a fun weekend. We are flying out to San Diego on Tuesday, so I will have lots and lots of pictures to post for next week. We are headed to Sea World, a Padre's game, local Coronado shopping, wedding planning and some fun in the ocean and pool. We will be in Coronado over the 4th of July! Yay! We hope you all have a fun and safe holiday! See you next week.
